Title says it all. I have a lot to say about this subject, and I want to outline the following:
1) The "issues" that are most important to me and their congruency with my personal opinion, beliefs, and with policy of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
2) The "issues" upon which the President of the United States can affect change.
3) The self-publicized stance on these issues by the Obama and McCain campaigns.
4) The de facto stance on these issues by both campaigns based on action, voting record, and history as recorded by non-partisan, non-media resources
and finally:
5) My argument for why Barack Obama is the best candidate for President, and why my vote for him is NOT incompatible with being LDS.
LDS does not mean Republican. It doesn't even necessarily mean conservative in the sense that it is used frequently today. As I said, I have a lot to say about this subject, and over the next few days I will be developing this post, so stay tuned and get ready to read through it. It's gonna be a doozy.

Can't wait to read more. I am undecided whether I will vote for Obama or simply not vote. I have done a little research on smartvote.com but look forward to your insight.
Can't wait! You're very knowledgeable and I respect the research and thought you put into the issue of voting. Don't forget to include links to good sites that will help me make my decision. :)
